Good weiners, and pizza but if you don't have cash they charge 10% more to your credit card.I refuse to pay that.so no cash on me I don't go there

Live music and atmosphere was great.

Always friendly. Great food, great prices. Miss them being open Monday.

Great food and reasonable prices

One of my favorite places to eat in RI. My wife is originally from the area and can't wait to come to Santoros every time we visit from NC. Excellent food - their pizza and fries are great! But as far as my wife is concerned, the reason to visit Santoros is their hot weiners. Nowhere else does them better and you can't get anything at all like them in NC. If you're looking for a local place that serves great food including some local delicacies, Santoros is definitely worth the trip.

Very large bowl of soup for under four dollars, a large tuna grinder, had it with provolone, heated, it had more than enough tuna in it, with real small pieces of celery, just enough to make it a little crunchy, oh, plenty of thick slices of provolone was great. And the antipasto, I can’t say enough about, twice as much meat as WESTCOTT HOUSE, half the price, everything was fresh. I found a new place.

Won't deliver to healthcare facilities and when told they would be a curbside delivery they refuse! Then if you do get a delivery it's burnt pizza! Waste of money, give your business to someone who will deliver and deliver edible food at that!

First time there, ate in. Heard the wieners were very good. Buns were very hard on the ends. Replaced one of three then overheard employees in the kitchen complaining about the cost to replace it. Friend had Steak and cheese, said it was really good. Mixed feeling about returning.

Onion rings are great. Gaggers almost as good as NYS. Portions very good. Service was very good although we went at a slow time. Had delivery from there with a variety of items all good.

Recently began working in Coventry and thought I'd try this place for lunch. I called for delivery, the gentleman who answered the phone was rude, he took my number twice and seemed very confused that I didn't have a 401 area code. He then placed me on a long hold and had a pleasant female take the call, after giving my # for a third time she took my order and informed me that I needed to order more because I hadn't met the minimum for delivery. Delivery was fast and friendly but my food looked like it had been run over and the fries I ordered to meet the minimum were soggy and bland. Definitely wouldn't order from them again.

The staff at that facility are nothing but rude. Their manners are poor. And truly only care about making business and NOT their customers. Before I was given the chance to even ORDER I was treated with complete and utter disrespect and attitude by a female employee, blatantly in front of the whole restaurant. This place has forever lost my business, and the business of any of my family or friends.

Wouldn’t deliver to my house when I told them my wife has the virus. Simply asked to leave the food outside. This is how you treat front line workers really nice..... lost my business for good!

Was there around 6 pm. the young lady who waited on us was very friendly and pleasant. Club sandwich was good. They do hot weenies RI style.😄 Were good. Resturant is small . Was clean. Appears they do a lot of take out and delivery.

They charge what ever prices they want with out your knowledge. Food is good but you have no idea what things will come too until u pay. You can not go buy the menu prices. They try to squeeze every last dime from you. Good luck. You will see what I mean. If you ask why food is more then it should be, they try to avoid answers. They are great at screwing people. And they know it!!!!

First time getting pizza here on the word of an employee who said it was awesome. I ordered a med veggie pizza with bacon. I bring it home and it's raw! I had to put it in the oven for 15 minutes to finish cooking it! It was very tasty after I finished cooking it

Santoro's has the best steak sandwiches and burgers around. They So big and juicy -and im hooked on His Weiner Sauce, by far the best around!!!

Overall was very good tasting pizza but the small cheese pizza was a little burnt on the bottom. The crust is a little thick but light and airy with a good taste. I will be getting more pizza from them again.

Been going to Santoro's on and off for 10 years now and have not been disappointed yet ever. I love the pizza! The grinders and wieners are great and the prices are very reasonable. I keep trying other places in the area, mostly West Warwick and Warwick but can't find anywhere as good. Definitely worth a try, they keep ya coming back.

Food is good when it is hot. We live nearby the restaurant. We are always getting cold food. No good complaining. Whoever you talk to on phone swears at you. Looking for another take out place

Great food. Great service. All around good place to eat. Try the gyro. It's phenomenal. People buy the hot wieners an arm length at a time they are so good.

Great pizza!! The Santoro Special is a beautiful thing! Well worth the stop. Friendly service.Must know This is NOT a classic restaurant.. No beer and wine and no atmosphere... But that pizza... So worth it!

Great service made a call over the phone. They were polite over the phone and in person. I ordered weiners which were delicious! Also ordered Clam cakes have not tried the yet but they smell great! Thanks for the great service!

The wieners were over cooked, the buns weren't steamed, onion rings over cooked, best part was the sodas (cans) and the cute server/cashier. Not worth the 26.03 they charged. I will not be going back.

Food is decent, placed a phone order, had to ask how much it came to after being charged, also they charge a 4% fee for using debit and credit cards, which if I had used credit that's fine, I was using debit. It's illegal to charge a fee to process debit transactions.....
